One Book, One College, One Community encourages students, faculty, staff and community members to read the same book and participate in discussions and events related to the work.

- Read: Between now and Spring 2010 join the students, faculty, staff, and Los Altos community in reading In Defense of Food. The book is available in the campus bookstore for 20% off.
- Discuss: Come to one of the events that are being planned.
